PRESIDENCY officials have denied that senate minority leader Senator Godswill Akpabio has been granted immunity from prosecution in exchange for his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Samuel Kalu completes €8m move to French side Bordeaux signing five year contract with them

NIGERIAN winger Samuel Kalu has completed his €8m move to French side Bordeaux after he signed a five year deal with the club that sees him join the Girondins as a direct replacement for Brazilian Malcolm who has moved to Barcelona.

 

Kalu, 20, joins from Belgian side KAA Gent where he has played since 2016 after signing from AS Trencin of Slovakia. Since moving to France, Kalu, who still had two years on his contract,  has scored 10 goals and provided 16 assists in 55 appearances for Gent.
