(1) Like the rest of you, I have a heavy heart today as I agonise over the Onitsha tragedy. Once again, a petrol tanker caught fire and hundreds of innocent people are now either dead, homeless or without any means of livelihood. I look forward to seeing what madame minister for humanitarian relief does about this
