NIGERIA has opened the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in the capital Abuja to domestic flights three months after it was shut down as part of the lockdown measures introduced to combat the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

[1] We will dedicate 30% of our annual budget towards education. This amount will be ring-fenced come what may

[2] Class sizes in all primary and secondary schools across Edo State will never exceed 30

[3] There must be at least 10 primary schools in each of the 18 local government areas that make up Edo State

[4] There must be at least five secondary schools in each of the 18 local government areas that make up Edo State
