[1] No Nigerian will be allowed to own more than two personal automobiles. An annual tax equal to 100% of their value will be payable on any such vehicles 
[2] No Nigerian is allowed to own more than two personal homes. A housing tax of N10m per annum is payable on any such property 
[3] Ownership of private jets is now illegal. Such aircraft will be impounded and auctioned off
[4] Use of public transport such as rail services will now attract an automatic tax rebate and access to interest-free loans
[5] Nigerian businessmen and women who opt to use the simple titles of Mr, Ms or Mrs will get a 15% tax rebate 
[6] Nigerians who shun traditional, honourary, religious, etc titles will be offered a 10% tax rebate 
[7] Nigerians who eschew the temptation to travel abroad for religious pilgrimages will have automatic access to interest-free loans 
[8] Anyone convicted of spraying money must pay at least 25% interest on any bank loan they obtain 
[9] Anyone who dresses in simple ankara seven days a week will receive the National Ngozi Okonkwo-Iweala Tax Concession. This will entitle them to interest-free loans and a tax rebate 
[10] Men who marry just one wife will have access to a special Monogamy Tax Concession available through all high street banks
