Our National Assembly must pass this Nigerian Governors Citizens Charter Bill 2021

Ayo Akinfe 

[1] Every governor must generate at least his operating costs from internal revenue every year or a state of emergency will be declared in his state 

[2] Every state governor must attract at least $1bn worth of investment annually

 
[3] Every state governor must ensure that at least one third of his commissioner’s are female

 
[4] Every state governor must spend at least 20% of his annual budget on education

 
[5] Every state governor must provide at least five secondary schools and 10 primary schools in each local government area 

[6] Every governor must create at least 10,000 new jobs a year. Over a four year period, every governor must generate at least $5bn worth of excess revenue above his operating costs 

[7] Every governor must generate and distribute at least 1,000MW of electricity within his state 

[8] Under no circumstances should class sizes in primary or secondary schools exceed 30 pupils in any state of the federation 

[9] Every state governor must establish at least one technical vocational training college in each local government area 

[10] Every governor must construct one general hospital in each local government area
