As from October 1 2021, only the following items will be on the federal executive list. Everything else will be handled by state governments

(1) Foreign affairs 
(2) The Nigerian military 
(3) The Nigeria Police Force 
(4) Airports 
(5) National railway network 
(6) Sports 
(7) Construction of inter-state highways 
(8) Specialist hospitals and research centres
(9) Immigration and Customs Service
(10) Nigerian Prison Service
