Clergyman Pastor Adewale Giwa says God no longer answers prayers from Nigeria because of endless killings

AWAITING The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ Gospel Church clergyman Pastor Adewale Giwa has revealed that God has stopped answering prayers from Nigerians because there is too much sin in the land amid the constant shedding of innocent blood.

According to Pastor Giwa, the killings and shedding of blood of the innocent has stopped God from answering prayers emanating from Nigeria. He urged Nigerians not to see the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  and the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the only options left to bring the dividends of democracy to them.

Pastor Giwa added: "God cannot answer our prayers in Nigeria like I said because tears and human blood are flowing in Nigeria. People are walking in the streets with fears, insecurity has taken over the country and even the devil has taken over the hearts of politicians.

“I urge Nigerians not be deceived by what is currently going in the APC or PDP. They are same politicians changing from one party to the other, they do not have the love of Nigerians a hearts as you can see them jumping from one party to the other.”

A former journalist and one-time US bureau chief of Newswatch Newspapers, Pastor Giwa advised Nigerians to support a viable young Nigerian to become the next president of the country. he called on the electorate to stop recycling old and failed politicians who have let them down in the past.

He added, “We can see that politicians in the past have failed Nigerians. It is high time people of the country opened their eyes to shun the antics politicians who always after themselves, but after the interest of us.

“It is time to support a young vibrant Nigerian from any party, aside the PDP and the APC . Reason is because those who vowed to turn the country around have disappointed us and we can no longer trust their words.

Pastor Giwa charged every Nigerian to ask for the mercy of God because the Bible says God does not live in a place where there is not harmony, so, they cannot continue in sin and expect grace to abound. He added that Isaiah 59 verse 8 says: "The way of peace they do not know, there is no justice in their path. They have turned them into crooked ways, no one will walk along them will know peace.”
