Until my people get the message that our main problem is that we are not productive enough, we are going nowhere as a nation. By 2050, we are going to be the world’s third largest country behind India and China and this brings with it enormous responsibilities.

Even with the greatest will in the world, you cannot cater for the needs of 200m people via imports. Nigeria has to start manufacturing fast or she will just perish!

President Tinubu needs to read the riot act to our industrialists. He needs to gather them in Aso Rock and give them production quotas for the following items:

[7] Anti-malaria drugs
