[1] Over the last 24 hours or so, Joe Igbokwe has been subjected to a lot of ridicule after he got appointed as the special adviser to the Lagos State governor on drainage and water resources. We are talking about Lagos that becomes a marshland during the rainy season months, especially between June and October. Right?
