NIGERIA'S University of Lagos and the UK's University of Birmingham have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on transnational education engagement that will see the two institutions collaborate in the area of student and staff exchange.

ENGLISH Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers have turned down a request from Turkish giants Besiktas to purchase Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare during the current transfer window.
Arokodare, 25, was a £23m summer signing from Belgian side Genk during the summer transfer window. Wolves are currently rooted to the bottom of the Premier League, prompting Besiktas to made a bid for the striker in the hope that Wolves might want to offload their high earners.
