(1) Any public who appropriates a sum in excess of N1m

(2) Anyone engaged in kidnapping

(3) Anyone espousing ethnic hatred

(4) Anyone espousing religious hatred

(5) Anyone calling for the balkanisation of Nigeria

(6) Anyone promoting religious divisive laws such as Sharia

(7) Anyone espousing homophobic hatred

26 of Nigeria's 36 states did not attract one dollar's worth of foreign direct investment in 2020

OVER two thirds of Nigeria's 36 states did not attract one dollar in foreign direct investment (FDI) during the course of 2020 as a new National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) survey shows that 26 of them were investment-free zones during the year.
