[3] The federal government will pay a N5,000 monthly stipend to all unemployed school leavers under 24
[4] Every state government will be compelled by law to open at least one vocational training centre in each of Nigeria's 774 local government areas

[1] For starters, I believe we need to establish a West African Customs Service that will check goods coming into our main ports like Dakar, Abidjan, Tema, Lome, Cotonou and Apapa
[2] We then need to tag all containers that arrive at our ports so we know which ones are destined for the Nigerian market. As things stand, over 70% of the goods that come into West Africa are ultimately destined for Nigeria
