(6) Children not attending at least primary school
(7) People living in cardboard boxes
(8) Prostitution
(9) A local government not having a general hospital
(10) Villages being cut off from the rest of the world during the rainy season

We need to pass laws making all these illegal. Then, we need a concerted development plan to eliminate them.

For instance, we should have a national used shoe bank where those without footwear can go to at least get a pair of slippers. Likewise, we need a clothes bank and local government shelters for the homeless.
