10 policies I suspect emanated from the Aso Rock cabal which Buhari just signed up to without consulting anyone else

By Ayo Akinfe

[1] The decision to create cattle colonies under the Ruga plan
[2] The decision to declare Ipob a terrorist organisation
[3] The decision to clamp down on the Shiites
[4] The decision to arrest Omoyele Sowore
[5] The decision to sack Walter Onnoghen
[6] The decision to sack Winnifred Oyo-Ita
[7] The decision to extend the livestock programme benefits to Fulanis from other parts of West Africa
[8] The decision to arrest Agba Jalingo
[9] The decision to launch Operation Python
[10] The decision to dissolve the Economic Management Team chaired by Prof Yemi Osinbajo

I suspect President Buhari is so unwell these days that he is barely awake for more than a few hours. If he is permanently on medication, it may be that he is only functional for two hours a day, while the likes of Abba Kyari, Mamman Daura, Isa Funtua, Baba Gana Kingibe, Boss Mustapha, etc, govern Nigeria for 22 hours in a day.

It is thus no surprise that they want to get rid of the vice president and appoint somebody who will just rubber stamp their decisions. As a first step, I think we should demand that a group of international doctors examine President Buhari to ascertain the state of his health.

If he is not medically or mentally fit to govern, I think it is only right that he stands down on the grounds of ill health and lets Prof Osinbajo take over. Clearly, the cabal fear this happening, so are now going for broke as they seek to get their way.

President Buhari could end all this by immediately sacking all those in his kitchen cabinet and handing power to his cabinet. Yemi Osinbajo, Zainab Ahmed, Babatunde Fashola, Geoffrey Onyeama, Geirge Akume, Richard Adebayo, Mustapha Shehuri, Goddy Agba, Ogbonnaya Onu, Bashir Magashi and Rauf Aregbesola should be the ones governing Nigeria. Does President Buhari ever consult them before taking decisions?
