SECESSIONIST group the Indigenous People of Biafra (Ipob) has disassociated itself from the new head of Radio Biafra Simon Ekpa saying he is not a member  of their Finnish branch and cannot speak on behalf of the organisation.

[1] As you all know in 2001, the Taliban blew up the two Buddhas of Bamiyan that had been tourist attractions for centuries. Although Afghanistan no longer has a Buddhist community, the smaller 38 m Eastern Buddha was built around 570 AD and the larger 55 m Western Buddha was built around 618 AD. They were both huge tourist attractions generating income for the government

[1] Nigeria currently spends $8bn a year out of her paltry $33bn annual budget subsidising petrol marketers. As a nation we simply cannot afford this. One does not need to be genius to know this wasteful spending has to go. If this new bill is to be worth the paper it is written on, it has to save us every penny of this crazy subsidy
