[1] Our 36 states should be increased to 42 with seven representing each geo-political zone
[2] Each of our 42 states will control all the resources within its domain
[3] 50% of all generated revenue will be kept by the state
[4] 20% of raised revenue will be paid into the federation account
[5] 15% of raised revenue will be paid into a geo-political zone account
